Deep Tissue Massage

I tailor every session to your needs, going as deep or light as is comfortable. Deep tissue and deep pressure are different — my goal is for you to feel your best the next day, so I adjust pressure carefully to each individual.

Sports Therapy Massage

Whether pre- or post-event, This sports massage provides deep tissue and targeted stretching to help active clients prepare, recover, and perform at their best.

Prenatal Massage

I provide safe, comfortable massage for expecting and new moms, using pillows and cushions for full support. Caring for moms is one of my specialties and favorite modalities.

Neuromuscular Therapy

This therapy targets trigger points while incorporating myofascial and positional release to relieve tension and restore balance.

Reflexology

Enjoy a full reflexology session or add it to your massage at no additional charge for enhanced relaxation and balance.

Hot Stone Massage

Smooth, heated stones are used to warm and relax muscles, helping to ease tension, improve circulation, and deepen relaxation for a truly soothing experience.

Aromatherapy

Enhance your massage with aromatherapy at no additional charge, to promote relaxation, increase energy, support immunity, or aid in pain relief.

Cupping

Cupping helps release tension, improve circulation, and promote healing by gently lifting the muscles and soft tissue. It’s a great addition for pain relief, recovery, and deep relaxation.

Red Light Therapy

Red Light Therapy supports circulation, muscle and tissue repair, and skin rejuvenation. It can help with flare-ups like eczema, psoriasis, or acne, promote cellular renewal, and may even improve sleep and leave your skin refreshed.

Relaxation / Swedish Massage

Relaxation Massage promotes circulation, stress relief, and lowered blood pressure. Pressure is tailored to your preference, with gentle strokes, light stretching, and optional hot stones or aromatherapy for a therapeutic, luxurious experience.

Foot Scrub / Back Scrub

Refresh and soften tired feet with a luxurious doTERRA sugar scrub. Gentle sugar crystals exfoliate dry, rough skin while quickly dissolving with water, leaving your feet smooth, silky, and renewed.

Massage Oils & Creams

I use high-quality products to enhance your massage and support relaxation, pain relief, and skin health, including Biotone Dual-Purpose Cream, TheraPro Almond Oil, TheraPro Arnica Oil, TheraReleaf Cream.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic drainage massage helps reduce swelling, support detoxification, relieve fluid retention, and promote gentle, healthy circulation through slow, rhythmic movements. Ideal for post-surgery healing, immune support, and overall wellness.
